Job Summary
A staffing and consulting firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Transactional Inventory Accounting Specialist in Minneapolis.
Must be able to:
- Compile, prepare, and reconcile records for an accurate daily position record for product inventory
- Analyze inventories and resolve discrepancies by collaborating with warehousing terminals, merchandisers and transactional accounting
- Assist with federal, state, internal and consultant audits
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Associate Degree
- Up to 3 years of transactional inventory accounting experience
- Strong Reconciliation experience
- Daily positioning or familiar with accounting that requires daily close
- Able to handle extra research to correct discrepancies
- Proficient with MS Excel
