Job Summary
A real estate brokerage firm is in need of a Remote Transactions Team Lead.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations or day-of questions
- Identify areas of improvement to the transactions manager
- Organize transaction documents
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED required
- 1+ years of relevant experience in a high-volume, real estate transaction process
- Real estate experience in transaction contract management required
- Able to read and interpret documents
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Strong attention to detail in reviewing documents and entering data is required
