Job Summary

To assess the quality of AI-generated marketing conversations, the part-time Remote Transcript Reviewer will evaluate conversation transcripts, measure key metrics, and participate in alignment meetings, committing to 20 hours per week in a fully remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate conversation transcripts against defined rubrics
• Assess key metrics such as helpfulness and accuracy
• Conduct supplemental spot-checking of transcripts to identify emerging trends

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Ads or similar advertising platforms
• Experience reviewing AI transcripts and evaluating quality and rubrics
• Prior experience in advertising and marketing, especially with Ads
