Remote Transcription Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary

A global court reporting company is in need of a Remote Transcription Quality Assurance Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Receiving and tracking incoming transcripts
• Reviewing transcripts for "inaudibles"/"indiscernibles" using high-quality headphones and alternate audio files as needed
• Suggesting edits to transcribers and coordinating completion of revised files

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Minimum of three years’ experience with court or legal transcription and/or CET certification
• Must have superb written and verbal communication skills and experience with Microsoft Office products
• Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, decision-making skills and good judgment
• Must be able to work in a professional and confidential environment
