Job Summary
A professional research, writing, and communication company is seeking a Remote Transcription Services Program Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Tracking and ensuring on-time delivery of 100-200 transcription cases/files per week
- Reviewing transcription cases/files
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum 2 years of Project or Program Management
- 3 years of transcription service experience
- Bachelor's Degree or applicable combination of education, training, and/or experience
