Remote Transcriptionist

Job Summary

To support critical Federal transcription contracts, a part-time Remote Transcriptionist will collaborate with other transcriptionists to prepare and quality check transcriptions, ensuring timely delivery while adhering to style guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with other transcriptionists to conduct and quality check transcriptions
• Follow style guidance and standard commercial transcription practices
• Ensure on-time delivery of transcription cases and communicate progress daily

Required qualifications

• Ability to pass a Background Check
• Fluent in English with strong proficiency in grammar, vocabulary, and punctuation
• Expert skills in Microsoft Office and MS365, particularly Excel and Word
• Ability to type at least 60 words per minute
• At least 2 years of transcription experience
