Job Summary

A transcription service provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Transcriptionist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Transcribing oral history interviews, focus groups, financial forecasts or quarterly reports
• Transcribing tech webinars, commencement addresses, and interviews about NGO work
• Transcribing educational reform or health care access

Required Skills:

• Fast and accurate typists (minimum of 80 wpm)
• Have a wide range of interests or educational experiences
• Strong language, style, and punctuation skills
• Capability and willingness to follow our in-house style manual
• Ability to verify names and terms via brief internet research
• A reliable internet connection is a must
