Job Summary
A software company is filling a position for a Remote Transfer Pricing Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of legal entity forecasts
- Partner with operating and finance teams to develop, execute, and maintain transfer pricing policies
- Participate in special projects related to restructurings and acquisitions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 8 + years of relevant experience
- Robust knowledge of U.S. and international transfer pricing laws and regulations
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree (or above) in accounting, economics, business, law, or other related fields
- Experience managing transfer pricing documentation
- Experience with international tax planning for a multinational, including cost sharing and HQ allocation models
- Experience with transfer pricing audits
