Job Summary
A biopharmaceutical company is seeking a Remote Transformation Analytics Senior Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Maintaining financial and non-financial baseline for programs and initiatives
- Creating a robust management reporting capability based on data mining, analysis, and visualization
- Analyzing data to answer key questions from senior leaders with an eye for what drives business performance
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High school diploma / GED and 12 years of data science, business, statistics, data mining OR
- Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of data science, business, statistics, data mining OR
- Associate’s degree and 10 years of data science, business, statistics, data mining OR
- Master’s degree and 4 years of data science, business, statistics, data mining
- Experience in Tableau, Spotfire, Python, R, Alteryx preferred
- Experience setting up reporting layers, maintenance & use of reporting tools is preferred
