Remote Transformation Vice President

Job Summary

A healthcare and senior living company is in need of a Remote Transformation Vice President.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Create new organizational capabilities, including technical and people driven
• Define optimal participant and team journeys reflecting the essence of the PACE experience
• Direct the product management of operations and technology transformation initiatives

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Operations, Strategy, IT, Business Administration or other relevant field
• Advanced product management expertise at intersection of clinical, technology, and operations in a healthcare delivery setting
• Proven ability to plan, implement, manage, and/or sponsor highly complex projects
• Demonstrated ability to drive change in digitized, data-driven organization
• Advanced analytical capabilities
• Minimum of 10 years' of relevant and combined experience in operations, systems implementation, business intelligence, or information technology
