A financial services firm has a current position open for a Remote Transformational IS Architecture Change Lead.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Designing change management for complex enterprise-wide, transformational initiatives
- Improving business outcomes and the experience of those receiving change
- Partnering closely Enterprise Architecture, senior IS leadership, and IS HR
Position Requirements Include:
- A bachelor's degree is required or relevant experience.
- 5-7 years of change management or related experience on complex projects
- 7-10 years of experience leading or coaching others
- Prosci Certification is required within 3 months
