Job Summary

A gaming services company is filling a position for a Remote Transformers IP SLG Game Designer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Design and refine the game system, monetization, and game play
  • Cooperate with our programmers to develop features and monitor their progress
  • Analyze game metrics and data and creating improvement plans

Required Skills:

  • Fluent in Chinese, with a deep understanding of the Chinese market and player communities
  • 3+ years of experience in SLG or COC-like game design for the Chinese market
  • 1+ year of experience using Unity3D
  • Able to make metric-based improvement plans to increase revenue
  • Able to facilitate the progress of your teammates
