Job Summary
A staffing and recruiting agency is in need of a Remote Transforming Education Chief Program Officer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Designing and implementing programs and research that support school systems in advancing antiracist
- Managing staff and projects of the Programs and Research & Learning Teams
- Overseeing and supporting the organization’s efforts to conceptualize, develop, and codify tools, resources, and approaches
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelors’ Degree in a related field, or equivalent experience, required
- Exceptional leadership skills, with experience managing a high-performing team, ideally in a remote structure
- Strong subject area knowledge of, and deep commitment to, whole child development
- Experience with K-12 educational systems via work and/or applied academic experiences
- Fluency with research on whole child development
- Excellent management, communication, project management, and administrative skills
