Job Summary
A healthcare solutions software developer is in need of a Remote Transfusion Validation Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Coordinating and executing project activities during Validation Services engagements, and ensuring project success, satisfaction of contractual obligations, and transition of customers into a live customer service program
- Providing clinical and product expertise throughout the life-cycle of assigned projects
- Managing the customer relationship by setting expectations, understanding and meeting the customer’s needs
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Degree in related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a transfusion service and/or donor center
- Working knowledge of clinical software and software benefits
- Demonstrated ability to effectively plan, organize and implement applicable tasks or projects
- Ability to manage compliancy with company's HIPAA privacy and security practices
- Demonstrated understanding of regulatory requirements for medical devices, Quality System Regulation, and cGMPs related to blood bank/transfusion
