Job Summary
A staffing and recruitment agency is in need of a Remote Transit Fare Inbound Call Center Representative in Amherst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Processes all faxes and emails inquires
- Answers all incoming fare media phone calls from customers
- Performs all assigned tasks as quickly and accurately as possible
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- This is currently a remote position due to the current Pandemic
- Ability to type 40 plus word per minute (WPM)
- High school degree, or equivalent
- 2 years’ experience in a Customer Service/Call Center
