Job Summary
A financial services company is in need of a Remote Transition Service Specialist in Chicago.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Servicing the full spectrum of customer needs, including account set up, money movement
- Engaging with customers via inbound calls and written communication
- Delivering efficient and responsive resolution for reregistration
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Series 7
- Series 63 or ability to acquire upon hire
- 2-3 years of previous financial services experience
