Job Summary

A financial services company is seeking a Remote Transition Services Specialist in Indianapolis.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Providing a personalized, frictionless experience for these transitions
• Owning the experience from initiation to completion
• Providing simple, easy solutions for complex requests

Required Skills:

• Series 63 or ability to obtain within 90 days
• Series 7 required
• 2-3 years of previous financial services experience
• Take ownership of complex situations that result in positive outcomes for the customer
• Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to process transactions with efficiency and accuracy
