Job Summary
A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Transition Services Specialist in the Philadelphia Area.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Engage with customers, via inbound calls, and respond to their inquiries which may include notifying us of certain life events
- Deliver efficient and responsive resolution for reregistration in the most effective way possible
- Uncover opportunities and identify products and services that will enhance the client’s financial success
Required Skills:
- Have a Series 7 license
- Have a Series 63 license or be able to obtain one within 90 days
- Have 2-3 years of previous financial services experience
- Have strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to process transactions with efficiency and accuracy
- Have strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize decisions in a fast moving environment
- Being able to take ownership of complex situations that result in positive outcomes for the customer
