Job Summary
A translation company is filling a position for a Remote Translation Lead Product Designer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Participating in setting the direction of a tribe, and its processes and OKRs for each quarter
- Forming a vision for seamless cooperation between tribes, designers, and stakeholders and put it into action
- Mentoring colleagues with less experience
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years of experience working as a product designer within a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
- 6+ months of experience overseeing a team’s operations and making high-level decisions about its direction
- A proven track record of building and shipping applications or software for whole features or products
- Experience showcasing your design process across multiple projects
- An outstanding ability to work with design and interactive prototyping tools
- Visual design skills with proficiency in typography, desktop UI, color, layout, iconography, and esthetic sense
