Job Summary

A provider of translation services is seeking a Remote Translation Services Lead Customer Service Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with vendors, quality assurance, and IT on investigations
  • Conducts intake, appropriate classification and documentation of customer grievances
  • Monitors agents/customer service specialist calls for quality assurance and provides coaching

Qualifications Include:

  • Broad knowledge of video interpreting
  • Minimum High School diploma or GED
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
