Job Summary
A telecommunications and software company is in need of a Remote Translations Specialist III.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Being responsible for Voice Translations & Data Translations
- Handling special projects as assigned
- Reporting to manager any and all items that the manager may or may not be aware of
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent GED
- Working knowledge of DMS, 5ESS, Genband C3 8000, MetaSwitch, Broadsoft and Sonus switches
- Strong working knowledge of Long Distance, Local telephony and Data telephony
- Must have excellent oral, written and email communication skills
- Computer skills
- 2 years experience
