Job Summary

A health insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Transplant Nurse l or ll.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Collaborating with healthcare providers & members to promote quality member outcomes, to optimize member benefits
• Conducting precertifications and predeterminations
• Ensuring medically appropriate, high quality, cost effective care through assessing the medical necessity

Qualifications Include:

• Requires an AS in nursing or BSN
• Requires 2 - 3 years of clinical experience
• 3+ years of related clinical experience in transplant or oncology, and/or case management or utilization management experience
• OR any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
• Current unrestricted RN license in the state of residence
• Eligible for, and willing to obtain, multi-state RN license
