Job Summary
A health insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Transplant Nurse l or ll.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Collaborating with healthcare providers and members to promote quality member outcomes
- Conducting precertifications / predeterminations
- Ensuring medically appropriate, high quality, cost effective care
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must reside within a reasonable commute to an Anthem office for training, meetings, etc
- Requires an AS in nursing or BSN
- 2 - 3 years of clinical experience, 3+ years of related clinical experience or equivalent
- Current unrestricted RN license in the state of residence
- Eligible for, and willing to obtain, multi-state RN license
- Ability to comprehend medical policy and criteria to clearly articulate health information
