Job Summary
A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Transplant RN Case Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Coordinating care for members
- Providing authorizations for transplant services
- Identifying gaps or barriers in treatment plans
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2 years of experience as an RN in a hospital setting, acute care, direct care experience or experience as a telephonic Case Manager
- Current, unrestricted RN license in your state of residence
- Transplant experience as a Nurse
- Multiple state licensure (in addition to Compact License if applicable) or ability to obtain multiple state nursing licenses required
- Basic level of experience with Microsoft Word, with the ability to navigate a Windows environment
