Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Transportation Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls to assist members with scheduling non-emergency medical transportation
• Consult with members to identify their transportation needs and provide appropriate options
• Deliver exceptional customer service while managing escalated or complex member interactions

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years' customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Ability to work full-time with a consistent schedule, including weekends
• Proficiency in using technology and automation for scheduling tasks
• Willingness to participate in comprehensive training and maintain a professional work environment at home
