Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Transportation Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls to assist members with scheduling non-emergency medical transportation
• Consult with members to understand their needs and identify appropriate transportation options
• Deliver exceptional customer service while managing escalated or complex member interactions

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in healthcare scheduling or customer service preferred
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including weekends
• Must have a dedicated home office workspace and reliable high-speed internet
• Willingness to participate in required training with 100% attendance
