Job Summary

Delivering exceptional customer service, the full-time Remote Transportation Care Coordinator will manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls to assist members with scheduling non-emergency medical transportation needs while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle escalated or complex member interactions with professionalism and empathy
  • Consult with members to identify their transportation needs and provide appropriate options
  • Utilize technology to streamline the transportation experience for members
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years' customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and embrace new challenges
  • Accountability for meeting deadlines and delivering quality work
