Job Summary
Delivering exceptional customer service, the full-time Remote Transportation Care Coordinator will manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls to assist members with scheduling non-emergency medical transportation needs while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle escalated or complex member interactions with professionalism and empathy
- Consult with members to identify their transportation needs and provide appropriate options
- Utilize technology to streamline the transportation experience for members
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and embrace new challenges
- Accountability for meeting deadlines and delivering quality work
