Job Summary
Delivering exceptional customer service in a fully remote environment, the part-time Remote Transportation Care Coordinator will manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls to assist members with scheduling non-emergency medical transportation needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle escalated or complex member interactions while delivering exceptional customer service
- Consult with members to understand their needs and identify appropriate transportation options
- Communicate clearly and professionally, adapting to various member personalities and situations
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Ability to work a full-time schedule, including weekend shifts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using technology and adapting to new systems
