Job Summary

An energy research and development laboratory has an open position for a Remote Transportation Communications Science Writer and Project Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Serving as a writer (approx. 70% of time) and communications project manager
• Writing a wide range of technical and outreach materials
• Coordinating and write communicating content

Qualifications Include:

• Relevant Bachelor's and 5 or more years of experience or equivalent relevant education/experience
• Considerable knowledge of related laws, regulations, principles, procedures and practices
• 5 or more years of experience in communications, public relations, marketing, or related field
• Solid technical writing and storytelling skills
• Experience adhering to an in-house style guide, AP style, and/or Chicago style
• Experience coordinating deadline-oriented projects
