Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time hourly Remote Transportation Coordinator will manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls to assist members with scheduling non-emergency medical transportation needs while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service while handling escalated or complex member interactions
- Consult with members to understand their needs and identify appropriate transportation options
- Communicate clearly and professionally using strong verbal communication skills
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' customer service experience in a call center environment preferred
- Ability to adapt and embrace new challenges
- Professionalism in all aspects of work
- Accountability for tasks and responsibilities, including meeting deadlines
