Remote Transportation Coordinator

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time hourly Remote Transportation Coordinator will manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls to assist members with scheduling non-emergency medical transportation needs while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service while handling escalated or complex member interactions
• Consult with members to understand their needs and identify appropriate transportation options
• Communicate clearly and professionally using strong verbal communication skills

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years' customer service experience in a call center environment preferred
• Ability to adapt and embrace new challenges
• Professionalism in all aspects of work
• Accountability for tasks and responsibilities, including meeting deadlines
