Job Summary
A logistics company is in need of a Remote Transportation Customer Service Agent.
Must be able to:
- Track Independent Contractors (IC) delivering freight
- Assign and schedule service orders via our operating system
- Schedule appointments for customers to be serviced based on IC availability
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must have the ability to work in a fast pace multifaceted environment
- Must be an effective communicator (written and verbal)
- Must be able to negotiate rates with IC's based on workload
- Must be able to assist with customer inquiries
