Job Summary

A logistics company is in need of a Remote Transportation Customer Service Agent.

Must be able to:

  • Track Independent Contractors (IC) delivering freight
  • Assign and schedule service orders via our operating system
  • Schedule appointments for customers to be serviced based on IC availability

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Must have the ability to work in a fast pace multifaceted environment
  • Must be an effective communicator (written and verbal)
  • Must be able to negotiate rates with IC's based on workload
  • Must be able to assist with customer inquiries
