Job Summary

A transportation services company is filling a position for a Remote Transportation Industry Collections Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Providing clients weekly statements
• Maintaining Accounts Receivable aging report metrics set by management
• Managing client accounts placed on hold through the collections process

Qualifications Include:

• Intermediate Excel skills
• Collections experience
• Ability to work additional hours, including weekends, at the end of each month and year-end
• Ability to listen to the client and provide help with any concerns or questions they may have
• Must be able to spend long periods of time seated
