Job Summary

A freight transportation company is seeking a Remote Transportation Industry Customer Care Agent in Richmond.

Must be able to:

  • Transfer misdirected customer requests to appropriate party
  • Build rapport with customers

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Internet Access required - Broadband (i.e. Comcast, Verizon) with minimum of 10MB
  • Callers and call auditors must not hear pets, children, televisions, radios, or other loud noises
  • Ability to utilize computer programs, keyboard, telephone
