Job Summary
A freight transportation company is seeking a Remote Transportation Industry Customer Care Agent in Richmond.
Must be able to:
- Transfer misdirected customer requests to appropriate party
- Build rapport with customers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Internet Access required - Broadband (i.e. Comcast, Verizon) with minimum of 10MB
- Callers and call auditors must not hear pets, children, televisions, radios, or other loud noises
- Ability to utilize computer programs, keyboard, telephone
- Participate in educational opportunities to keep job knowledge current
