Job Summary

A transport company is in need of a Remote Transportation Industry Independent Agent Recruiter in Boston.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Anticipating and planning for staffing needs in advance of required start date
• Sourcing candidates through cold calling, search engines, referrals, networking, career fairs, and other avenues
• Pre-screening, interviewing, assessing, and hiring top-quality candidates/Agents

Qualifications Include:

• Travel for remote employees will be 25% with monthly trips to headquarters
• Associate's degree required
• Five to seven years recruiting experience
• Proven work experience as a corporate recruiter or in a staffing agency
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
