Job Summary
A staffing and recruitment agency has a current position open for a Remote Transportation Logistics Business Development Executive.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals
- Conduct daily phone prospecting to cultivate new sales leads and establish new business
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Previous experience pulling in $50k gross profit in truckload freight
- 5+ years’ of logistics experience– including a track record of success in sales
- Formal understanding of logistics pricing models and profit targets
- Basic computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
