Job Summary

An apparel company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Transportation Software Engineer III.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Building a high-throughput, low-latency, fault-tolerant supply chain platform
  • Supporting critically important platforms across Inventory, Order Management, Fulfillment and Logistics
  • Working with globally distributed teams across product, program, architecture and engineering

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
  • A minimum of 5 years software development experience crafting, developing, and testing sophisticated solutions
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience working in a distributed/cloud-based environment
  • 3+ years of hands-on Experience in micro service architecture, domain driven design, and RESTful Services using Java
  • 3+ years of hands-on Experience with Spring framework and Spring Boot
  • 3+ years of hands-on Experience with Containers in orchestration such as Docker, Kubernetes, ECS or EKS
