Job Summary
A transportation technology company is seeking a Remote Transportation Technology Corporate Recruiter.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Recruiting the highest-caliber sales, operations, and software engineering talent
- Screening resumes, conduct intro interviews, and administer live quantitative assessments
- Managing Applicant Tracking System and other recruiting software tools
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ideally at least 1 year of Recruiting experience
- Ability to identify top talent using a logical, systematic approach and without bias
- Perception to recognize 99th percentile achievement, communication skills, and technical abilities
- Logical foundation to understand underlying fundamentals of a process
- Passion for the company's mission and intellectual curiosity
- Reliability, consistency, and demonstrated relentless work ethic
