A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Transportation Technology Customer Success Manager .
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Driving heavy customer adoption of the platform
- Expanding Customer Lifetime Value through product expansion and upsells
- Assisting transit agencies to achieve their transit initiative goals
Position Requirements Include:
- 2+ years of experience working with Enterprise SaaS
- Experience managing a high-value customer portfolio
- Proven churn reduction tactics used on previous customer portfolios
- History of working in, or a passion for, the transit industry
- Ability to understand and prioritize transit agency technology needs
- Ability to collaborate with teams and peers on specific user-impacting issues
