Job Summary

A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Transportation Technology Customer Success Manager .

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Driving heavy customer adoption of the platform
  • Expanding Customer Lifetime Value through product expansion and upsells
  • Assisting transit agencies to achieve their transit initiative goals

Position Requirements Include:

  • 2+ years of experience working with Enterprise SaaS
  • Experience managing a high-value customer portfolio
  • Proven churn reduction tactics used on previous customer portfolios
  • History of working in, or a passion for, the transit industry
  • Ability to understand and prioritize transit agency technology needs
  • Ability to collaborate with teams and peers on specific user-impacting issues
