Job Summary

A transportation technology and freight matching solutions company is filling a position for a Remote Transportation Technology Verification Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Contacting the Brokers/Shippers by telephone to confirm truckload rates
Confirming with the Brokers/Shippers that there are no advances, claims or issues against payment
Confirming that the Bill of Lading is clean without any other problems

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and use of office equipment
Expert knowledge of team members roles and responsibilities
Ability to accurately enter data with a strong attention to detail
Must possess strong organizational and time management skills to meet department goals and deadlines
Must be punctual and have excellent attendance
