Job Summary
A transportation technology and freight matching solutions company is filling a position for a Remote Transportation Technology Verification Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Contacting the Brokers/Shippers by telephone to confirm truckload rates
- Confirming with the Brokers/Shippers that there are no advances, claims or issues against payment
- Confirming that the Bill of Lading is clean without any other problems
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and use of office equipment
- Expert knowledge of team members roles and responsibilities
- Ability to accurately enter data with a strong attention to detail
- Must possess strong organizational and time management skills to meet department goals and deadlines
- Must be punctual and have excellent attendance
