A privately-held, global, corporate travel management company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Travel Account Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Monitor customer feedback to identify and resolve issues
- Work with CRM tools and thorough knowledge of appropriate technology enablers
Required Skills:
- Proficiency with GDS Sabre
- Skilled user of Microsoft Office products, specifically MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Extensive knowledge of travel industry dynamics obtained through agency or procurement experience
