Job Summary
A globally recognized leader in travel management needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Travel Advisor Support Specialist in Birmingham.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support advisors with recurring training/informational webinars
- Provide ticketing support for Sabre and Worldspan users
- Support airline contract management
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Excellent working knowledge of Sabre and Worldspan ticketing and exchanges
- 3-5 years of GDS reservation experience with a full service agency
- International booking and ticketing experience
- Familiarity and understanding of the transactional fulfillment process from all perspectives
- Working knowledge of industry and agency accounting
- Capability of learning and supporting new products and systems
