Job Summary
A travel agency is in need of a Remote Travel Agency Programs Director.
Must be able to:
- Identify existing Contractors who can grow business through subcontractors
- Research competitor agency programs and conduct feedback sessions with current agency owners
- Identify external agencies that could benefit from a partnership with Independent Americas
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years sales leader or director experience within the travel/similar industry or host agency
- Proven results as a leader (run a profitable and improved business)
- Proven sales and operational leadership experience
- Exceptional relationship-building skills (internal and external)
- Demonstrate effective time management skills to meet deadlines
- Ability to evaluate business processes and identifies opportunities and success factors
