Job Summary

Passionate about travel, the full-time Remote Travel Agent will plan and book personalized domestic and international vacations, assist clients through various communication channels, and build long-term relationships while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and book customized domestic and international travel itineraries
• Assist clients via phone, email, and web chat, matching them with suitable travel products
• Identify upselling opportunities and maintain compliance with travel regulations

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; travel school graduates encouraged to apply
• At least 2 years of leisure travel industry experience
• Experience with airline reservation systems and online booking tools
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel planning
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume contact center environment
