Job Summary
To support a dynamic travel planning team, the full-time Remote Travel Agent will assist clients in booking personalized vacations, manage travel itineraries, and provide exceptional customer service while working from home.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and book domestic and international vacations, including customized itineraries
- Assist clients through phone, email, and web chat, recommending travel products and AAA benefits
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and meet sales goals
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; travel school graduates encouraged to apply
- At least 2 years of recent leisure travel industry experience
- Experience with airline reservation systems, GDS, and online booking tools
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel planning
- Extensive knowledge of worldwide geography
