Job Summary
A business process outsourcing company is filling a position for a Remote Travel Agent.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Booking leisure domestic and international reservations
- Providing excellent customer service over the phone to customers
- Navigating a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Previous experience working in a work-from-home call center environment
- Provide high speed internet access in your home
- Must be at least 5Mbps upload and 10Mbps download speed
- Be proficient in computer operation and website navigation
- Must be able to multi-task between multiple computer programs and websites
- Able to work independently
