Job Summary

A customer experience management company has an open position for a Remote Travel and Expenses Global Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Sourcing new travel products and negotiate rates
  • Working with different groups of travelers around the globe in improving our current travel programs
  • Developing and maintaining expense, travel, and related policies, addendums, and related communications

Required Skills:

  • 4+ years in managing travel and expenses in a large global corporate environment
  • Four-year degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in managing budgets and providing reporting to Global and Regional stakeholders
  • Working experience working with expense related tools ie: Concur and COUPA
  • A good understanding of Social Media, Online Booking Systems, and Online Travel Tracking Systems related to safety and security of travelers and duty of Care
