Job Summary
A credit card company is filling a position for a Remote Travel and Lifestyle Services Team Leader in the Western Region.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Inspiring your team to achieve their goals through at an individual and team level
- Evaluating your teams performance, and providing consistent coaching and feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Recognizing key performance indicators and creating individual development and action plans that are owned and driven by the employees
Position Requirements Include:
- A minimum of 3 years direct leadership experience, coaching and developing a team
- Experience in a service oriented environment or current leadership experience within Travel and Lifestyle Services
- Demonstrated passion for service with the ability to resolve customer issues and concerns, inspiring loyalty to the brand
- Maintain resilience, composure and remain positive under pressure and changing circumstances at all times
- Strong consultative coaching skills with ability to confidently motivate and inspire a team
- Ability to drive and measure business results
