Job Summary

A hospitality company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Travel and Reservations Inbound Sales Customer Service Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Take calls from excited customers
Help owners and prospective guests plan their dream vacations and make reservations
Provide them with custom recommendations to create truly unforgettable experiences

Required Skills:

Six months customer service and sales experience
Intermediate computer knowledge
High School Diploma or GED required
Ability to build rapport with a customer quickly, ask probing questions, and meet the customer's needs
Must have demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and multi task
