Job Summary
A travel company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Travel Application Services Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist service desk with investigation and issue management
- Participate in support business changes associated to future projects
- Support key communication plans with all areas of the business
Position Requirements Include:
- Positive, enthusiastic and passionate about the travel industry
- Basic knowledge of Helio, Sabre, RedDox
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong sense of team mentality, reliability, and can also work well independently
