Job Summary

A consumer financial services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Travel Client Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Delivering a proactive client management strategy to encourage retention, satisfaction and growth with our merchant partners
  • Managing a portfolio of strategic travel accounts to foster long-term business relationships
  • Promoting marketing best practices and optimization strategies with our merchant partners

Required Skills:

  • This role requires you to live within reasonable access to a particular office in order to fulfill certain job responsibilities
  • 7+ years of professional experience
  • Experience in managing cross-functional projects with a high attention to detail
  • 3-4+ years of enterprise customer-facing experience; preferably in a high-tech environment
  • Ability to build relationships and influence towards outcomes
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills with the ability and experience to manage strategic accounts
